There will be some swelling and bruising around the nose. Dr. Tamplens meticulous approach allows these issues to subside quickly usually 7-10 days. Pain and discomfort can be managed with medication. Most patients will need around a week or so of recovery before they feel comfortable resuming most of their normal activities. Most of the swelling and bruising will subside after 7-10 days. Some deep internal swelling will be present for 6 months but should not be easily noticeable. Follow-up visits will be scheduled regularly to ensure your recovery is going smoothly.
