Revision Rhinoplasty Results

This lovely patient had undergone two previous rhinoplasties and was left with a twisted, over-rotated nose, excessive nostril show, and severe nasal obstruction. I performed a revision rhinoplasty using donor rib cartilage to restore both function and aesthetics- giving her a more natural look, improved breathing, and a soft, feminine profile she loves.
