Revision Rhinoplasty Results

Absolutely stunning result 6 months after a complicated Revision Rhinoplasty. This patient had 2 prior rhinoplasties that left her with a pinched tip and severe nasal obstruction. She had a common complication called “Alar Retraction” which lead to a lot of nostril show in her frontal view and an unnatural appearance. I used rib cartilage to support her tip, bring her nostrils down and support her airways. Not only does she look beautiful, but she can breathe better than ever. Love this result!
