Revision Rhinoplasty Results

6 weeks after Revision Rhinoplasty and the smile says it all! This lovely patient had rhinoplasty by another surgeon 5 years ago and although her hump was taken down, she was unhappy with her result. She was left with a long, droopy tip and a nose that looked unnatural. As a revision rhinoplasty specialist, I see this all too commonly when surgeons focus on the dorsal hump and don’t address the tip with structural grafting. I used my signature tip support technique to give this patient the result she always wanted. Tip is elevated for a beautiful profile without any nostril show.
