Unbelievable results 6 weeks after Revision Rhinoplasty. This patient had a previous surgery that left her with a saddle nose, septal perforation, nasal obstruction and a droopy, bulbous tip. Now, after my Revision Rhinoplasty with rib cartilage, she has a more refined nose, elevated bridge, and an absolutely beautiful profile. The septal perforation is closed and she is now breathing great! Love this result!
