Primary Rhinoplasty Results

Loving these results just 6 months post op from a complicated reconstructive #rhinoplasty. This patient was not able to breathe well and wanted a straighter nose that fit her face. All of my rhinoplasties consider form AND function, these should not be mutually exclusive when it comes to surgery involving the nose. Major septal reconstruction was performed (see bottom view) and her nose was refined to better fit her face. Now, she can breathe better than ever and loves her new look!
