Primary Rhinoplasty Results

This patient is 1 month after having revision #rhinoplasty, which was originally performed (twice) by a prominent Beverly Hills plastic surgeon. Rhinoplasty is one of the most challenging operations because no two noses are the same.☝🏻 It’s unfortunate, but sometimes surgeons not equipped with the skill set to handle all aspects of rhinoplasty look for “shortcuts”. In this case, a large piece of donor rib cartilage was placed in her nasal tip to mimic solid tip support - which will never go well. This patient developed significant scar tissue, causing the columella to be red and swollen. She could not get any air through her nose at all. Complete form and function, she can now breathe through her nose better than ever and loves her new look! 🙌🏻
