Primary Rhinoplasty Results

Beautiful results just 6 weeks after reconstructive rhinoplasty. Sometimes rhinoplasty is done to improve breathing and sometimes to improve appearance, in my hands, it is usually both. She had a previous nasal surgery and was unhappy with its appearance afterwards. With careful dissection, I was able to find poorly supported cartilage from the previous surgery and reconstructed it without requiring any additional rib cartilage. Now she is happy, looks younger, and is breathing like never before!
