Male Rhinoplasty Results

Unbelievable result just 8 weeks after major reconstructive cosmetic Rhinoplasty in a cleft lip patient. These cases are some of the most challenging noses to do because the nose has been asymmetric since birth with major nostril asymmetry and septal deviation. Now just 2 months later, that is a distant memory for this patient. I repaired his deviated septum and repaired his nostril asymmetry with rib cartilage. I also used my signature tip support to give him a profile he would be content with for the rest of his life. The nose is strong, straight, and masculine. Breathing is terrific and he couldn’t be happier!
