Rebuilding a nose is one of the hardest surgeries I do. This patient lost the ability to breathe after a previous operation - I was able to build his nose by using some of the cartilage that was left in addition to some cartilage from the ear. I also fixed a hole in his septum which is called a septal perforation. He is breathing again and got his nose back. Could not be happier with the result! 🙌🏻
