Female Rhinoplasty Results

Sneak peak preview of this patient’s beautiful results just 2 months after #RevisionRhinoplasty, lateral #BrowLift and #BuccalFatRemoval. She came to me unhappy with her previous rhinoplasty. Her nose was droopy causing her nostril to look large and her nose to look wide. I see this all too commonly when surgeons focus most of their attention on removing the hump and not adequately supporting the nasal tip with structural grafting. The ideal nasal tip is crucial for beautiful, elegant & natural looking results like this. She already looks amazing and her swelling will continue to improve.
