I usually say perfection is hard to achieve but we got very close on this one! This lovely patient is now 4 months after Revision Rhinoplasty and Upper Blepharoplasty. She had 4 prior nasal surgeries and struggled with asymmetries, pinched tip, hanging columella and nasal obstruction. This is a tough case that many surgeons try to avoid, but it was so worth it seeing how happy she is now! She is breathing great and loves everything about her results!
